    The new gamertag options are nice, but only a half measure for me. Im happy with my current tag, except I've always wanted to add an underscore in the middle. 15 characters and special
    character options like underscore is what i need.

    it would be a good thing to add underscores but I don't think they will just because of how Microsoft works

    I don't see special characters ever coming to Gamertag options as some people would go overboard with them and have a gamertag full of them. The gamertags now have a cleaner look to them since it's only letters and numbers. Although you never know, they
    could be added in the future so it will be interesting to see if they add any changes when the next gen console is released.

    Unable to do very first provisioning writ...

    FYI, have the provisioning item (buying carrot soup for instance) does not fulfill the provisioning writ, you actually have to make it.

    Verified Answer is WRONG. I just chatted with support 9/20/14. Agent said "Old Gamertags go through a provisioning process, the schedule of which not even support is privy to".

    I don't know what "verified answer" means, but it should be 100% correct. Don't believe it.
