New gamertag does not show up

Hi guys, I tried to get help via the Xbox Support on Twitter bud theses did not help me. My problem: I purchased a new gamertag but it does not show up. Not on my Xbox One S and not on the Xbox website. I logged out and in, and out and in and out and bla
bla bla. I removed the account from the console, logged in again ... but nothing works - it's still my old gamertag. I am really really p.o.!!!

Any idea what else could help? They recommended me chat or telephone but these guys work at times where no one else on this continent has time. Sweet...

Would be glad if someone could resolve my problem.

Gamertag does not show up

I can't even see your name in this topic OP. Seems that it might just be some error on the part of the site or something. If everything else is working fine, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I hope this is the right place for this sort of question:

When I log into the xbox.com site, my gamertag does not show up. For example, if I go here:

Sign in to your Microsoft account all I get is a little jpg icon instead of my gametag or avatar.

I can see other people's, but all I see for me is the icon.

Can anyone help? I cannot figure out how to fix this.

Unfortunately they are correct in sending you to official chat/phone support. They would be the ones to be able to assist you further.
