    i bought new vegas from microsoft and it does not show up in my quere to load?

    Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    If that doesn't work contact support directly to see if they can help with your purchase. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    new missions will not show up

    Have you completed all Missions (blue) and the Quests (storyline/pink)? I had to clear out a couple missions towards the end of Act 1 to get the next Act's Quests to start up.

    Looks like you set your profile to not share the information. You can find the options under My Xbox > [your GT tile] > Online Safety Settings > Customize > Game History
