New game not appearing in Xbox app, after changing PC?

We understand the inconvenience caused. As per description, after changing a new PC the new games installed are no longer found. Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist your concern. However, before we proceed, we would like to ask few questions about it.

1. Did you check on your old PC if the games are still there? You might have saved it there.
   
2. If you have really purchased the games on your account, and you can see it on your library or in your order history, have you tried checking it?
   
3. Is it possible that the file was corrupted during the transfer?
   

So far, from the details you provided, you can try the following steps and let us know the result. You can just skip those you have done already.

To check in your Library.

Open the Microsoft Store.
2. On the upper right corner click the three dots. (...)
3. The dropdown list will pop out then select "My Library".

You may also try to locate the files on the steps in this article. Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files - Microsoft Support

Please confirm that the date and gime in your settings is set to automatic, after this change your PC region, log out the Xbox app and Microsoft store app, then please restart the Pc and change your region again back to the original one, then log again in the Xbox app and the Microsoft store app try to use the games again please

I was actually considering that. I still haven't fully embraced the xbox music app yet. Zune is still my ace at the moment. But after reading current news it appears as tho I may be making a change.

Try to uninstall the application normally then look for it in the windows search bar, right-click on it and then uninstall. After that restart the PC, to erase application traces, and then follow the instructions below.

1. Open Settings ---> System

2. In the left column, choose the Storage tab and choose "Change where new content is saved"

3. Change "New apps will be saved to:" to any desired drive (in my case, D drive)

4. Wait 2 minutes and restart your PC.

5. The Microsoft Store has now created the necessary folders for the Xbox app to use.

6. Repeat steps 1 to 3 to change your location back to default if desired.

7. Now you can download your games from the Xbox app to your desired drive/partition

*Now after that install the Xbox app from Microsoft Store
