New game announced for next gen systems

RBI Baseball 14 was announced for next gen systems the other day .... This is awesome because the games out now on X1 are not too great, and many are looking for something new to play, although it won't be released until mid-late March. Especially the sports
games, NBA 2K is pretty good, but Madden is a complete joke.

Has there been any word about a Battlefield 5 in 2014?

They just announced Far Cry 4 for the next gen systems! It's out this November! This is the game I'm most looking forward to.

Next GEN Systems will be announced next year @ E3 it's bound to happen.

What they will name them and what they will do everyone is unsure.

 

This is old news and was announced a couple of weeks ago. Good for baseball fans I guess. Probably wont be as good as The Show but who knows. Maybe EA should make a new Triple Play

I assume not many baseball game fans around here. Im not saying you shouldnt have posted, just saying you are a bit late. I dont believe any of the other threads got much attention either.

 

I've never really followed sports that much, much less the games made for them - especially when it comes to baseball. IMO, baseball's almost as boring to watch as golf - I'd rather be outside playing the real thing instead (for any sport).

 

I play baseball so I get a little offended when someone says that haha. But I completely understand how you would find it boring, especially if you don't follow or play it.

Anyways, I hope RBI Baseball can at least compete with MLB The Show on PS3/PS4. MLB The Show is an awesome game, I honestly thought about possibly buying a PS4 just for that game.

 

I follow baseball, and use to love Triple Play on Sega but Ive grown out of baseball games and most sports games in general

Good news first I heard of this. I really hope its decent. While 2k is decent with NBA not so much with baseball. Hopefully this group does a decent job. I wish the show wasn't Sony I love that game.

 

Baseball video games aren't made for people who are looking to buy a new game just for the hell of it, or to just get achievements. If you don't follow baseball or you don't play the sport, I'm 99% sure you won't enjoy playing a baseball video game. You
can't just pick it up and play, which is what most "gamers" do. So if you're commenting saying you hate baseball or that it's boring, you are the minority. Baseball is the 2nd most popular sport in America.

 

I am guessing it is not MLB endorsed so your players names will be like Joe Petey 1B for the Yorktown Zebras

The game im afraid is going to be kiddish. Sorry online play that I believe will be centered around hr derby 1v1 play. It will have some gimmicky plays and full of predetermined play. I pray to god I am wrong! My hopes for anyything baseball on the xbox
is very slim.
