New Forza 5 Track "Road America" like or dislike?

Tried the new track the other day but only in the lotus in rival mode to post a time. I think its one of the better tracks as it's fast and short but the corners are really technical. I can see myself being on this track alot.

Road America

There is no addon pack for the Road America track as it was added as a game update. There is a Road America Booster Pack that was released at the same time with 5 new cars, but this does not contain the track.

I'm pretty sure that what Pirate Duck meant was that taking longer to brake doesn't hurt the muscle cars as much on the "Horsepower" tracks like Road America or Sebring as it does on the short twisty ones like Laguna Seca or Maple Valley.

 

One of my favorite real tracks in Forza, glad they brought it back.

 

I'm from Wisconsin so, yeah, it's pretty darn awesome!!!

 

Road America is over 4 miles long...that's the first time I've heard anyone refer to it as being "short".

 

It's nice to see it again.

 

It is a great track and with the addition of 4 variations much better. FM4 only had the main course.

 

I've always liked Road America but like Trip said, it's not "short". I still wish they would do a throwback pack with Blue Mountain, Tokyo, Alpine Ring and New York Long.

Don't forget Rio and Pacific Shipyards! (I'd also like to see the return of REAL autocross style courses like we had in FM1...a roughly minute-long course, where the cones define the circuit, not the nonsense we had in FM4 with a bunch of cones littered
around a full 3-mile circuit that takes 10 minutes to complete!)

 

New Your track and Maple Valley would be great to have.

 

Great track. However, still really hoping for Nurburgring or some kind of track pack. Knowing how long it takes to develop those in 1080p, I'll be waiting some time.

 

The " Throwback Track Pack " ( it even sounds good ) mentioned by Dirty Harry and TrippulG above would be the bomb . But I have been hoping for that for several years now .

 

Compared to Le mans they are short as is Bathurst at 6.2 KM or 3.9 mile. Le Mans or Nurburgring are long tracks. And everything seems shorter in the F1 lotus which i used on this track.

 

Yeah, man. What's with not having Nurbergring? And I totally forgot about Rio.

This weekend I got a chance to play some more FM5 and was thinking how much some of the new tracks remind me of some of the old FM1 tracks. One example would be Bathhurst. It really reminds me of Blue Mountain. Think about it and tell me you don't think
so.
