New experience sucks.

Ever since the change TV doesn’t work well at all. I have had to hard reset my console a dozen times, because switching from anything to TV will freeze the console, or eliminate the volume from the console. The new experience looks pretty and seems
to be economized but if I can't watch TV without a giant pain in my *** the Xbox one console is going in the trash bin. As it is the knect attachment went bad exactly one year after purchase so it’s on me to replace, this console keeps piling up reasons not
to keep it. I am not sure if there is a way to fix it but I don't feel like sitting in chat with support until they tell me I have to mail them my console, since it is a sporadic problem.

right. welp you can't get unbanned anyway so suck it up and buy a new one I'm not a xbox employee but I know console bans are permanent from self experience.

trust me it sucks most of the time i had it on my old phone and it worked 1 out of 6 times and i got a new windows phone hasnt worked once. im going to try my tablet later but i doubt it. sucks alot when you dont get the full experience your promised

 

Have a new Xbox one? It's like watching paint dry,,, Wet Paint on a tropical beach, during a rain storm that is. 6 hours in... SIX HOURS IN and it's just updates, updates, updates, and uploads!!!

All Microsoft is missing is having us assemble and PROGRAMING THE SOFTWARE In this unit.

The Xbox one was ment to play video games, RIGHT? Or is it a new century PUZZLE? Perhaps "the fun" is getting the Xbox one to turn on and well....work....

Or is it just a $500.oo frustration generating machine?!?!?!

 

Sorry for your frustrations. As you have discovered the initial initial installation and setup can be time consuming. A fast internet and patience can be your friend during the process. Hang in there it does get easier.
