    help new 360 update failed w/error code

    Help, not finding anything in search. tried MS support suggestions with no help. Just bought a new xbox and have had numerous consoles so not new to xbox. selected the update after logging into profile and the console froze. I only have access to a MAC but I am sure the file downloaded from the MS site is on the USB drive now getting the same bs error code.

    Im getting errors while doing a recent update. The update was of size 3.6 GB. No problems as ever with the network.

    Error as below. Kindly give in your valuable suggestions in this regard.

    Some Apps not working

    Please make sure your console is up to date (a new update has come out recently) go to Settings < System < Update & downloads.

    If that is not the issues try doing a power cycle. Hold down the power button on your console for 10 seconds then turn it back on.

    If that doesn't solve it is there an error code or message?

    The game is indeed backward compatible! Is there a specific version of New Vegas you're playing (is it a platinum hits, GOTY edition, etc)? Also, what's the exact error message and error code you get when you try to play? Sincere there was recently an update,
    I would ensure your console is fully up to date and give it another shot.

    That will help us a bunch!

    i just bought this system and it will not download the games from my old system it worked for a min then just stopped, it might be my router but if not what else could it be
