    New Episode not Showing up in Microsoft Movies and TV App


    Hello all,

    I purchased the Season 2 Season pass for Fear the Walking Dead last year before the season started and all has gone well until this week. Note I'm using the Microsoft Movies and TV App on my Xbox 360 E Console.

    The latest episode, Episode 13 "Date of Death," will not appear in the App. At first I could only see it if I went to view the full Season details, but it wouldn't play. It would not appear under New Content for me to watch.

    I tried all of the trouble shooting steps in this article here, including the final step about Refreshing my Purchase History (which has helped before), but once I did that the Episode disappeared even from the Season details.

    Via the Film and TV App on my Windows 10 Home PC, the episode appears just fine and thankfully I was able to watch it there, but it should appear on my Xbox 360 as well.

    Does anyone know how to correct this, as I'm worried future episodes will also fail to appear on my Xbox 360.

    Mircosoft Movies & TV: Newest episode of SpongeBob SquarePants not available to buy yet?

    The newest episode of the ninth season of SpongeBob SqaurePants titled "Food Con Castaways/Snail Mail" aired on October 22nd 2016, It's been nearly a week since that episode aired on the network (Nickelodeon), and the Episode is STILL not available to purchase
    through the Microsoft Movies & TV service.

    I can see the new episode available to buy through the PlayStation Store and ITunes, but not through (as of October 27 2016) Microsoft Movies & TV.

    Can someone who's in charge of the Microsoft Movies & TV service please acknowledge this and put the new episode of Spongebob up to buy?

    Hi Juxtapose13!

    Sorry to hear that you're unable to watch that single episode on your Xbox 360 console—very weird! We can't see the troubleshooting article that you linked, unfortunately, so we're not sure what steps you took. Could you try clearing
    your cache
    three times in succession, then turning your console off and back on again? After doing that, please re-download — not delete! — your profile. If you need help with that, please check out the troubleshooting article on how to Add
    or Remove an Xbox Profile on Xbox 360
    .

    Apologies, I didn't realize my link wasn't working!

    The steps I took was cache clearing and refreshing Microsoft Movies and TVs Purchase History. Such has worked in the past but doesn't seem to be this time.

    Is there any settings I'll loose/be reset if I redownload my profile?

    I logged on to my Xbox 360 for the first time since Tuesday evening, and decided to fire up the Movies and TV App just to see, and the episode is now magically there.

    So the issue resolved itself, it appears.
