new eliete controlller wont connectly to pc properly

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Can you clarify exactly what is going on with the elite controller and your PC? Is it connecting to your PC at all? Are you attempting to connect via Bluetooth or with a USB cable? Is this the Elite 1 or 2?
Are you saying that you can or cannot move your character around? Did you mean that the headset is not being recognized? Go ahead and let us know these details, along with any troubleshooting steps you have tried out already so that we can better assist you.

It does not hurt, try updating the controlller. There might be a new firmware for the controller.

I'm take a wild guess on this one might not be problem but check and see.. If you look at the back of the controller it is a Tiny Green Button. so on paddles when you remove has a tiny Nipple that is most likely not making contact with it..

pff, whit a division update , my controller stoped recharging, its like they blocked the usb port on my xboxone, cuss any cable wont work, im using dobble aa bateries, its works fine, but no cables works, and when i try to update my controlller says that
theres no controlller connected, i tryed every cable that i have and nothing works, its blocked the usb port of the console

Update your controlller i did and it worked
