New EA Sports golf game in 2015?

EA PGA Tour is due out sometime this year.

I'm not the biggest golf fan but, I have noticed that golf games are like an endangered species these days hen it comes to finding one to play. I remember when they changed Tiger Woods PGA to like Rory McIlroy... and since then I haven't seen a first party/AAA
publisher make any new golf games. What was that like 2015. I looked it up and EA apparently pulled the game from the store and EA access in 2018. Where did all the golf games go lol?

The reason i got an xbpx was so i could play rory maclroy golf. EA sports sometimes have ganes that are amazing, tiger woods was by far their best sports game. Anyone know if a new golf game is in the making? Should be another tiger woods game, would be
perfect timing with winning the masters and turning his life completely back around after all the crashing and drugs **** moment he went through. Ledg

It’s quite possible that when they lost the rights, maybe they had to actually pull all their other games. That would be a new wrinkle but it’s possible

I absolutely agree with Shaggy. EA Sports constantly takes a step back with each new release of a console generation. The first couple of sports games that are released on the next gen always have features and gameplay lacking.

So motion control will more than likely will not be released in a new PGA Tour game for a few years. As EA has said the golf game will not be a yearly release apparently. (They need to do the same with Madden in my opinion)
