    I bought a 12 month EA Access Code and entered it into my XBOX. We installed the EA Access Hub. When we go in and try to play a game, it brings me to the screen asking for my code again, then says the code is invalid because it has already been used.

    when I have bought my XBox One I received a free 12 month subscription for EA Access.

    Was the code used on the appropriate account? I would check the EA Access app on any other profiles that maybe on your Xbox One console to make sure it wasn't redeemed on a different account. If you don't have any additional accounts, or other accounts on

    I found the solution, you need to enter First the code of EA Access trial, but I did not have that code so I bought a month of EA Access and then reedeem the code of BF1, and it worked
