New Dynamic Themes not showing

I am very interested in changing my background to the new original theme however neither that or the new one is showing up. My xbox is up to date and not showing any new updates. The OS and Shell version of my Series X console also match up with the latest numbers released. I have reset my console performed a full shut down and still nothing. Thanks!

If the console is up to date, you should be able to see the newest themes. Please make sure you are following the correct steps by following the instructions listed here => Personalize your color, background, and theme | Xbox Support.

Dynamic themes yes! Or at least what we had on the 360 where each tab had a new background because we had theme packs. That needs to come back. More personalization.

One thing I would love is Dynamic Themes amongst customizable sounds. Although the new dashboard does not look very theme friendly. I hope I am very wrong and they have created a new way to see themes, that truly represent a theme
i.e colour changes, background viewable even noises when choosing Marketplace icons.

@LOL AT UR SKILL With 99% of the Premium Themes being pretty bland in design and covered up by the grey blob in the current dashboard, I would not put it in the catergory of customization. I
am interested to see how the new dashboard deals with themes though.
