new dungeon hunter ad won't close

There is a new dungeon hunter ad today. The ad runs and then a loading screen appears and the daily game never loads.

i would like to know what's wrong with dungeon hunter 5 because i can't connect to the server i can't play the game because i receive a message that say's " dungeon hunter was enable to connect to the server please check your internet connection" the problem
is i have internet connection i play other games from the same server and i have no problems only this one doens't connect to the server i did uninstall the game i have installed the game again i acees to the net in any page or game only with this i can't
access

 

Ad closes Solitaire

Political ad for Judge from Alabama closes solitaire when it ends. No error. It just exits the game. Come on guys, check the ads out better. You have to keep re-entering and watch ad until it finally changes to another ad.

yeah, games won't load for me either.

 

And now I see it has me down as over 6 hours playing!! WTF....I spent 6 hours TRYING to get the games to load!!!

 

What would be really helpful is if we could see the times for each game we play posted, so we could compare with others. If it takes me 2 1/2 minutes to play a level 4 game ,in all likelihood it's not going to take me 5 hours to
play a level 2 game.

 

Same Problem - appears to be several different adds - all the adds all end without a close box - goes directly to loading page after add ends but gets stuck on the loading page. Having this happen in the tournament as well as daily challenge. I thought
it might be me because I've recently had several incidents of it freezing in the middle of a game, not letting me move any cards. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Rebooted several times. Still same problem. Seeing all the other people with the
same problem, I assume there is a problem with the game.

Got to wonder if these type of issues are a ploy to get people to buy the add free version of the app.

The timer of how long it takes to cumulatively solve the puzzles in the tournament needs to be changed. I finally got a different add to work that had a close button - so after I closed the add it went to the game. Before playing that game I had a time
of just under 28 minutes. The game I played took about 3 minutes. Now my time is over 8 1/2 hours. So whenever the app freezes (which must have been 8 hours ago) - and I have to close it, it assumes I'm still playing the game that never loaded. Timer shouldn't
start until the game loads.

 

same problem here. was so frustrating

 

Just picked up yesterdays tournament results, last lol, I never got as far as playing. Come on Microsoft, either fix the problem or pull the damn ads till you do!!

 

Glad to know it is not just me.
