New dlc issue for Rock Band 3

Is there any way official support can shed some light on why "Shepherd of Fire" and "R U Mine?" are still unavailable? I've tried downloading other tracks, through the Rock Band Store, as well...just to test something out...and it seems I can't purchase
anything else right now either. Harmonix is saying they're waiting on updates from you.

Rock Band 4 DLC export - some recently bought DLC on Xbox 360 Rock Band 3 is not showing as purchased on Xbox One.

Hi, I've had an Xbox One for just over a week now and purchased it primarily for Rock Band 4 so I'm somewhat new to the Xbox One.

The problem I'm having is Harmonix who makes the Rock Band series has stated that all DLC purchased for Rock Band 1-3 will be able to be used in Rock Band 4.

I purchased some DLC about a month ago for Rock Band 3 because there were some newer DLC for it at the start of 2015 and I purchased some older DLC tracks at the same time, unfortunately when it came to redownloading these tracks on Rock Band 4, this batch
of purchases were some of the only tracks which came up as "not already owned" and tried to charge me again to download them.

I'm wondering if this is some sort of license transfer issue, it seems the tracks affected are the most recently purchased ones.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask,, it's just Harmonix support links directed me here as it relates to DLC purchase rights on Xbox One.

I can provide details of the DLC tracks which are not showing as owned if that helps matters.

That's where I was able to get all three tracks... I'm not sure if I was lucky or what? Played all 3 multiple times, alone and in a band....

edit...It's not working now. I'm not sure what's going on. But I just went to xbox.com, used the 'magnifying glass' to search for "Rock Band"... either click on the RB3 store app, or the game itself... The 3 tracks will be on the top of the list.

I think you just got lucky, because something is wonky still. It's not showing the RB Store as an option either. Another "sit and wait" situation, lol.

 

Yes, I was lucky... I guess there was a ~2 hour window in which all 3 tracks were available on Wednesday. I guess it's all in Microsoft's hands now

Not like anyone is going to be wanting to play the 3 new tracks in RB3 tonight, because Harmonix just released dlc ...ohhhh... a mere 21 months ago (sarcasm) XP
