New DLC content will not work with Digital Pro Edition

This is the only official info I can't find on the problem.

There was a similar problem with the alien isolation DLC when that first came out. Even though the DLC was installed it wasn't working for a lot of people. It took a few days for them to patch the DLC.

My guess is we will have to wait for a patch for the season pass download because the in game store doesn't seem to detect it's installed as it gives you a price instead of saying installed.

 

which only compounds the fact that game developers in conjunction with xbox/Microsoft provide and produce flawed games on a regular basis with no regard for the consumer!

you keep showing a link to xbox support live status - something that has not been updated in over 72 hours!

 

I know it hasn't been updated in 72 hours. But that's the only official thing I can find that says it is being worked on.

And I agree that way too many games get released nowadays that are broken. It makes you wonder if they even hire game testers any more.

It seems that the more complex video games become the more likely they are to be released with bugs

 

I know it is not your fault, venting helps.

it would be good if Activision helped the process along by using the "tip of the day" box when you go to play but not quite, all they can do is rub our noses in it by continually telling us the new weapon is available for those that have deigned to purchase
the vaunted "season pass" for all the COD goodness - except those that we messed it up for!

 

They need to fix this. Its been way too long.

 

Its how the bundle was sold to us....look at how the game still tries to charge 49.99...and you click it and it says you have it....then go to Xbox.com and click it and it will take you all the way through the purchase....MS simply didnt flag the Pro Digital
Editions Season Pass as the Season Pass ...Its not Activision fault its MS and their Digital Stores fault....remove the flag on the bundle....give us a refund ...and let us purchase the regular season pass that actually works....how does that take 2 weeks
to figure out!!! I think they know that if they give refunds people wont spend on this lame games dlc

I didn't get the digital pro edition season pass.

I bought the season pass separately and can't access the guns. Although I actually bought it on the 360 and got the free upgrade. The guns work fine on the 360 but not on the one.

Mine is same as of 17th dec paid £89.00 and for what seriously thinking of getting shut see what xbox comes up with soon should offer a free game or give us what we all pay for game console of the future my ***...

 

Listen up Microsoft, these are your unhappy customers who want something done to stem the rising tide of failure from you and those who claim to develop games of the future!

Lets see, did Atari have a problem when all we had to do was push in the cartridge, the same with Sega, Nintendo - need I go on (don't ask me to these are the only ones I can think of)

Look, what I (and others) am trying to say is be serious! If you want people to buy the games (pre-order payments which you gain interest on by the way) then instruct your developers to create the game and test it until it breaks not sell it then let it
break!

And for Microsoft in particular if you are going to offer the fantastic price of 89.99 for a pre-order that gives you access to eagerly anticipated DLC then for what ever deity you choose (I do prefer the unknown gaming god that gives us enough luck to conquer
a 15 kill streak) please makes sure it does give us access and not a weeks wait (as it stands at the time of typing)!

This is from Activision they will have it fixed this week, but not in time for clan wars this should be fun getting owned in clan wars with a gun I have paid for. Thanks Activision clan wars should be postponed until we all are able to get the content.

 

I find it historical that they added the personalization packs and yet still haven't fixed the dlc issue. I have to wonder if they stop to consider that the people who pre-ordered the game are beyond annoyed cause we spend our money on the season pass and
get *** yet again. Yet people who bought their season pass recently have the new guns already.

 

^^^ yeah, like i would purchase anything else after I have yet to receive the dlc that I should be getting now. i am becoming a little leary on buying anything from xbox live. Mind you I don't have any disc i purchase all on the xbox live. So till they get
this dlc fixed I will not buy anything else from xbox live or xbox games period.
