New DLC content will not work with Digital Pro Edition

I purchased the Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Digital Pro edition (the one downloaded from Xbox store) and I'm trying to download the new dlc content with the season pass that comes with it. It seems to acknowledge that I have the season pass, but it will
not download the new dlc guns (ae4).

1) - Advanced Arsenal Pack which includes two custom weapons, the Advanced Arsenal custom exoskeleton and EM1 Quantum directed energy weapon. (Included in both the Digital Pro Edition and Launch Edition)

2) - Bonus Digital Edition Personalization Pack which includes a custom weapon camo, reticle set and playercard. (Included in both the Digital Pro Edition and Launch Edition)

3) - Season Pass (Included in the Digital Pro Edition)

4) - Atlas Gorge Bonus Multiplayer Map (Included in the Digital Pro Edition)

5) - Atlas Digital Content Pack which includes a custom Atlas exoskeleton, Bal-27 AE Assault Rifle, Atlas 45 AE Pistol, Atlas Helmet, Played Card, 5 Bonus Supply Drops and a single player exoskeleton upgrade. (Included in the Digital Pro Edition)

2 - no

3 - yes (verified this by selecting it from in game store, it recognized I had it)

4 - yes

5 - no

I've reinstalled the Content. I've even reinstalled the entire game. I even factory defaulted my console and then reinstalled the entire game and all of the content. So...

At time of this post there is a service alert about the issue here
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

It says they are working on it and will update in half an hour.

 

My thoughts are this is BS, had problems downloading game now problems with first DLC glimps.

Wouldn't bother me so much if there wasn't ppl using it!! Good luck all HOLD ON FOR THE RIDE

REALLY?!?!? 3 F***ing Days and they still can't fix this *** issue??? This is so *** frustrating.

 

i dont know why sooo many people have this problem and it has yet to be fixed... seems like if sooo many ppl paid $100+ for this that maybe yall would consider working harder to fix some mysterious problem. or atleast keep us better posted on the issue.
oh and btw, we arent being patient, were being forced to wait. my patience ran out after the first day of the issue. i really think at this point yall owe us some sort of consolation. this is ridiculous and i would also like to know if it is xbox's fault or
activision's so i can determine which products to avoid from now on.

 

Same issue here. love getting killed by the weapon I paid for but can't access.

I have tried everything in the book to get this to work on my end too. Uninstalling my profile, restarting the game, unplugging the xbox, uninstalling and reinstalling the season pass, You name it, I tried it.

I am not so worried about the gun here as it would be fun to play with but not a deal breaker. What I am worried about and frustrated with is if they don't solve the issue, the same issue will likely be present with the maps that come out on DLC day and
that will *** me off to no end.

 

would be great if we could get an update but it seems xbox and activision are quite happy to steal our money for poor quality!
