Not sure what game you're thinking of (The Bureau maybe?) but The Division most certainly isn't out on 360 on 23rd August.

my firstborn to Ubisoft for a mediocre Title that might or might not be worth dime one.

As for the rest, meh with the exception of The Division. The Division looks a little promising but that depends on how it actually plays now.

 

Hhmm I'm just waiting fir the downgrade, every trailer I've seen looks amazing, possibly too amazing to run on either the Xbox One or the PS4.

 

It will be very interesting to see more of this game at E3.

Yes, but keep in mind. At the time of E3 there was no PC version. They added that by popular demand later.
