new Deus Ex

^. Yep, the joy of Augs, I want to play it again now! A cracking story as well, I liked Jensen as a main character.

From memory I think there's a cheevo for a non lethal playthrough, and there is one for completing the game without tripping any alarms or being spotted, I combined them both in one playthrough, very satisfying! Only thing about the game originally was
the boss battles were too scripted but they patched it so you could even do those with alternative approaches. One of the best 360 titles in my opinion.

 

"Invisible Wars" was a huge dissapointment.

Levels no larger than my living room.

Pull a gun out and stick it in a guy's face and it's not perceived as a hostile threat.

Touching and moving a dead body rendered it both epileptic and practically weightless.

"Human Revolution" was partially dissapointing.

It delivers on the Stealth side but the suggestion that you can shoot your way through the game is ludicrous considering the main element used in the manufacture of your exoskeleton appears to be porcelain.

Just as the ONE released I did pick up the "Director's Cut" of this game which includes the DLC and also allows you to have a "New Game Plus" (i.e. start a 2nd playthrough as a fully upgraded Cyborg). With this new feature the "Shoot your way through the
game" might actually be a realistic option.

I hope,they will keep the same visuals/design....

Human Revolution was one of the best games from last gen, I loved it.

I only wish there was new game+

 

HR revolution was indeed one of the best last gen games, it doesn't come as a huge surprise when you look at the original on the PS2/XB. It's so cheap to buy now, it's worth getting the directors cut for a replay.

 

Yes and as mentioned by our learned colleague above the "Director's Cut" does allow you to play through a New Game +.

 

Didn't complete it because there were dozens of better things to play.

There still are.

You don't really know until you've had a go though.

Let's hope they finally crack it this time.

 

I was late to the Human Revolution party, but I thought it was one of the 10 best games on the 360. My only gripe, well one gripe, but in two instances, was the level design. I thought the China level was such a mazey mess, and felt that the Detroit level
was so tiny. Detroit is one of the largest cities in the US, but there was only like 3 street blocks worth of the level.
