New Design Lab Controller Won't Control Game

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems with the controller. Is this happening with just a single game or is it happening with all games?

One thing you can try to do is a Soft Factory Reset (keep games & apps.) This will remove all accounts from your console so just make sure that you have your account credentials so that you can add your account/s back to the console. Once you have your account
back on the console, launch your game and give it another try.

Give this a try and let us know of any changes.

Are you referring to Design Labs controllers or the standard controller?

Design Labs controllers are only shipped to certain regions.

Standard controller will be available in any region that the console is sold in.

I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.
