    New Dashboard Update was interrupted


    Alright, here is the issue I was having. I opted in last night to get the new dashboard now. Got the update and got all the way to last part of the update where its 80% or less left that says, "Preparing the system" it staye d like that for over an hour
    and turned off with out finishing by itself. I turned it back on and got to the green loading screen and no farther. Rose from CC who was amazing gave me tips and showed me the offline update. The only thing that worked was the "Factory Reset" file and I have
    the new dashboard. Hope it helps.

    Need beta forum access please, and odd freezing issue

    I believe an update that interrupted my game last night has borked my deck. after much research, it appears to be the beta dashboard, and the black ops 2 update.

    I am humbly requesting beta forum access please.

    anyone else having this issue? screen freezing on main dashboard and tell you disc is unreadable on a downloaded game, ie no disc?

    Well there a new dashboard update, so I need to burn a CD of the new update of dashboard, because it error too when downloading new dashboard, but can get it to update threw a CD. Will see after the new dashboard install, if Modern Warfare 2 will update.

    Hi, could you try this please, remove any disc from the drive and power the console off, hold the sync button on the console in and power the console on keeping the sync button held in, it may take a little while but does the console then reach the dashboard
