    NEW DASHBOARD UPDATE BUG


    WELL I'VE GOT THE NEW DASHBOARD BUT FOR SOME REASON WHEN I TRY TO USE UPLOAD STUDIO IT'S NOT LETTING ME UPDATE BECAUSE IT SAYS THERE IS A HARDWARE PROBLEM WITH MY WIRELESS EVEN THOUGH I'M ON A WIRED CONNECTION I CAN GO ONLINE AND EVERYTHING SO I KNOW MY
    CONSOLE IS GOOD PLEASE ADVISE THIS BUG OR GLITCH

    I am really happy that you got it sorted out, and it didn't even click in my head about the settings section not showing up. I apologize for my confusion on that! I should have given you the steps to force that page with the Xbox Start Up Troubleshooter
    on the console.

    Hey there, Deathly ViPeR!

    I'm sorry to see any issues with loading the Guide! It sounds like there might be an issue with the update on the console as a whole. I suggest doing a

    factory reset     keeping your games and apps. This will reset the operating system on the console.

    The problem I'm with the new danshboard for my xboxone is its not letting me do anything and it's saying there's a hardware problem that I should send it in to be repaired but it was working fine 3 days ago and now I can't do anything it also said there
    was an update for the preview dashboard app I can't go online to play online games like forza horizon 2 etc and I need to know what the issue is with this dashboard so I don't send it in for nothing.

    If you are not in the preview program then it wont work.

    i need access to the frums and dont know how to get access, i just got the new experince too so being able to report bugs would be nice, anyone know how to go about this?
