New Dashboard Update Bricked My Console- Preview Program

Senpai,

I know this whole thing sucks, but I'm sure they'll fix it. Before this latest "fix", I was able to get to my dashboard if I unplugged the back of my console and waited 10 or so minutes. Not that I could really do anything from my dashboard. I'm waiting
for Destiny to reinstall and the music isn't glitching like it had been before. Pretty sure Microsoft has this taken care of. Now one thing I did read is that this update hasn't rolled out for everyone, but will be available to everyone come tomorrow. Hang
in there pal. Hopefully it wont take much longer.

 

This new dashboard is terrible. The person/s that green lit this steaming pile need to be slapped in the ear. How do I get rid of it?

 

Another update:

The update released last night stabilized things somewhat, but I'm still having trouble running just about any game that's not an indie game. Weird glitches, sound bugs, hangups occur. It's a *** shame. I'm considering trading in my Xbox One at this point
because it'd be nice to have a working console in time for Fallout 4.

 

Yet another update. I can't turn my console off without unplugging the power supply. *sigh* Each day that I can't access the Early Access forum is another day I fear I'm going to have to wait. Please, at the very least, someone get me access to the the appropriate
forum!

 

This update you all are referring to is the 400 MB update? I was trying to dl earlier and it just stopped at 80%, said there was an error. What am I supposed to do now?

 

I'm in the same boat as you all. Black screen after boot-up. I wouldn't know when it has updated with fixes or not since it's on automatic, but here's to hoping that this doesn't mean it's bricked to the point that it can't update during the night.

to, as they will be the ones reporting these issues so that they can get fixed.

Please also remember that this is the preview program, and the whole idea is for us to test the updates before they are released to the general public, so we're here to find these bugs before its released to the rest of the xbox world
