    New Dashboard keeps crashing on Xbox Series X


    I tried the Insider Beta ring and now the latest Delta update (2306.230628-1600) on my XSX. I was curious trying out the new Dashboard. It looks so much pretty and organized with the 5 main buttons on top and more space for the background. I really liked you can watch the preview image of each title if tou leave the default background. My issue is that once I restart the console, this will last for a long time. And when it finally goes to the dashboard, I can't access to the Config and the UI glitched out so I can't turn the console off within the OS. I have to press the button. It crashed me the same way on both Beta and Delta. On Delta was pretty stable, until I find out it wasn't recognizing my HDD for captures only. HDD works fine, it still have the files. After restarting it went trough the same hell. Each time I have to factory reset (without deleting data and games thankfully) to make it work but then I'm affraid it will happened again. So for now, I'll go back to my old dashboard to safely play games without issues. If anybody knows how to fix this please let me know. I truly like the new Dashboard, but I won't spend more time trying to fix it while I can easily start playing games on that time instead.

    Did you get a resolution ? I've just received a brand new xbox series x back, date on the back is 4th June 2021. (last xbox series x died)

    Every game I load results in xbox restarting or crash to the dashboard

    i had the same problem with the black screen and now it keeps crashing... even when i do the offline update it crashes..The funny thing about this problem is that it all started after the 2year guarantee ended about 2 weeks later. 500Euros for the best
    console (Xbox X) my ****.... i´m not sure if it is worth buying the New X Series

    Hulu crashing

    Same problem for me. Series X, Alpha Skip Ahead. As soon as an Hulu tries to load an ad, it crashes to the dashboard. I have reported it through the console too.

    Hi is it can you tell me when a crash bug fix for xbox series x i coming out my xbox series x keeps freezing the game and crashes playing for 2 min then it turns off best regards theis
    Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.
