New Dashboard Issues (Preview)

Hey guys,

since i got the new dashboard, i get a lot of disconnections from any party chat i am in. i can't even enjoy my new games like guitar hero live or halo 5 because i get disconnected after 3 or 5 minutes...

is it possible to install the old xbox one dashboard? the new one with all these disconnections is very annoying and frustrasting..

both triggers +y to refresh your dash. Log out of your account sign in to another account the hard reboot. Once u reboot log into your regular account. This should force the Xbox to refresh the Xbox live data that has become stale. If it does not report the bug to the Xbox team.

New Dashboard issues (preview member)

Is anyone else having issues with their friend's list being "frozen"?... my friendslist is showing the same 26 people for the past day (or two) and they aren't even online or doing what the list says they are doing. I know being a preview member and getting the new dashboard update is causing alot of problems... but its annoying a F*** and I wish I could just go back to the original format in general but I know I'm asking for too much. Anyways... anyone know if this is common or how to fix this? nothing seems to be working. I've tried hard restart and logging out and back into my account/profile. Really getting annoying ever signing up as a preview member... I'm about to drop out of it altogether... but I'm sure the damage is already done.

The preview FAQ explains this best:

Q: Can I opt-out of the New Xbox One Experience Preview?

A: Yes. During the Preview period, there are two ways you can opt-out of receiving New Xbox One Experience Preview updates.

Prior to receiving the New Xbox One Experience Update Preview, take no action – we’ll default you to remaining on the Existing Xbox One Experience preview. You’ll still get the benefits of Preview, like Backward Compatibility, but you’ll stay on the current
Xbox One update that’s available to the public. Later, just before the general release of the New Xbox One Experience, we’ll update your console to the latest Preview build, so you’ll still get it a little early.

In the Registration area of the Xbox Preview Dashboard, you can choose Remove to remove your console from the program entirely. Your console’s removal will be processed within 72 hours.

If you'd like to remain a part of the Preview program and return to the original Xbox One experience, open the Registration area of the Xbox Preview Dashboard, select 'Change' and then select 'Preview - Original Xbox One Experience'. Like the Remove option
above, your console will take a factory reset as part of this change.

NOTE: If you choose this option after taking the New Xbox One Experience Preview update, your console will go back to the current general release of the Xbox One software, but this will restore factory defaults on your console, and erase all locally stored
accounts, apps, games, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. We encourage all users to download/copy your favorite games to External Hard disks to ensure a quick recovery option in the event of data loss from a removal.

While you are waiting for the nxoe you would have enroll change pending

That could nr the normal security updates

You would have preview status enrolled if you received thr update along with the nxoe you can tell if you got it because it is a major difference between the nxoe and the old dashboard
