Discus and support New Creditcard in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hi. I get all two days an email that you can't get money from my credit card.     New Creditcard


    Hi. I get all two days an email that you can't get money from my credit card. I know that because i've blocked that card and got a new one from VISA. I've added the new card in the account settings and in the Membership settings... but you still try to get
    money from the old one.

    i tell you: i have xbox live since 7 or 8 years and if you block the account because of this *** i sell it on ebay and buy an ps4 .. sorry i have no time for this kind of stuff... your support sucks too.. i dont need english support. i need german support..
    but i have no time to stay an hour or more on the pc to wait that someone has time to chat...

    you see my nick --- TAKE THE MONEY FROM THE NEW CARD!!!!! and don't write me more emails that you have the wrong account informations...

    If you are having trouble adding the new card from the site then I would recommend calling support to see if they can help.

    Hello,

    Today I wanted to activate the new creditcard, so I would just edit it (the creditcard number is the same), I changed the expiration date but it wouldn't allow me to change the CVW code on the back (which did infact change), I tried removing the creditcard
    and re-add it, but it gave me more trouble..

    1. When I tried to remove the current creditcard it would say I currently have active services and since it's the only payment method it wouldn't let me remove it.

    2. When I tried adding the new card it would say the card number and card holder name is already used, and I should go edit that one, but the edit options won't let me edit the CVW code

    What do I do now?

    also accounts migrating to russian or any other migrationable region will have the creditcard removed due to the creditcard will not work in the new region

    as listed here the region of an account and the region of the creditcard must match or the creditcard will not validate in the new region

    thats why people cannot use foreign creditcards on a local account because the billing address region must match the account region

    account suspended due to a problem with payment option

    well what payment option did you use?

    a new creditcard or a debitcard?

    if you use a prepaid membership card that doesn't solve the issue

    you need to add a creditcard or debitcard or paypal account

    or you can always call xbox support

    and see if they can push your payment thru the new creditcard

    I am a gold member but it's just not working

    this is easy to fix

    add a new creditcard

    you cannot remove a creditcard while there is an outstanding balance or an active membership attached to it

    a prepaid cards only delay the autorenewal but does not unsuspend an account

    only by added a creditcard and clearing the balance can you get unsuspended
