New controller moves upwards without doing anything

Hey,

I got a brand new XBox One S Battlefield One Edition and have a Problem with my controller. The cursor moves upwards all the time in the menus, so I cannot Setup anything or play a game. Can't replace the controller from the seller (Amazon) because the Militaria
green one coming with the special edition is not sold seperately. Is there a possibility to repair or replace it via Microsoft?

Controller Drift

I can barley play anything because it keeps drifting upwards im a big destiny player is there a fix to this my character keeps moving on its own without me touching my controller Please help.

Controller drifting problems

My xbox one controller started drifting upwards. Even as iam typing this message now if i leave the cursor on the page it starts moving upwards and moving the whole page to the top. I have been reading this is a common problem for the xbox one controller.
Should i just buy a brand new controller?

If it's still within 90 days, you can get your controller repaired/replaced by Microsoft
under warranty service (register your console's serial number).

However, if you are still within the Amazon return period, I suggest you set up a return/exchange with your Amazon seller due to a defective controller. You will likely need to send back all contents of your order (see the return terms of your Amazon order).

I'm in the return period for sure after 3 days, but the Box is no longer available. The warranty service offers the possibility to send in the controller and get back a refurbished black or white version, but not the militaria green one belonging to the
set.....

watch for the recoil on all the weapons, such as UMPs everybody will say it has NO recoil, well guess what, obviously it does if ur not using a modded controler im pretty sure you youre having to move your analogs to keep it straight and keep it from moving
upward. gotta love the controller they selling at walmart now..
