    New Controller Keeps Disconnecting.


    i have just bought a brand new Shock Blue controller for the store (seen here - https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/accessories/controllers/xbox-wireless-controller#) and have used it for just over a day. suddenly my controller has started to randomly disconnect
    from my console for a second then immediately reconnects. It does this every 5 seconds or so and is super annoying. Ive tried replacing the batteries and have had no luck. Ive tested with another controller that is slightly broken and it works perfectly...
    need help asap

    Thanks, CristofKaiser, indeed with a brand new controller it keeps disconnecting, so it's not the controller. [Update:] now the controllers work on my PC, but still no news on the Xbox One.

    I'll keep you posted if I find a solution.

    My controller keeps disconnecting a lot. Console is brand new, even got another controller and same thing. I have done the in game network diagnostics and it says my internet connection is good. Is my console a lemon ?
