New controller for XBOX

Greetings.

I'm a representative of the startup "Raccoon.World". We create a controller that can be used in place of the standard one, but the main goal is additional features for VR / AR. We would like our controller to be used together with the XBOX One and possibly
with other XBOX (Microsoft) products. Can you please tell me if we can get the materials (code) for correct operation with XBOX devices (meaning the program code for connecting the device to the console)? Is there a compulsory registration procedure? Thank

Controller not staying synced.

Why does my controller not stay synced to Xbox. Every other day I have to re-sync my controller. I have brand new batteries in controller even swapped out for new batteries. Still does same thing. Xbox is only a couple months old.
