    NEW CONTROLLER FAULTY


    I bought a new controller about a month ago everything working fine until one day it just went off and wouldn't go back on . The controller batteries were fine and everything did everything I could still wouldn't work.

    I sent it to Microsoft they brought me a new one great yes but that one worked for 3 days and gave me the same problem.

    I can't keep calling you guys for the same problem over and over .

    XBOX ONE Wireless functionality gone!

    At first I thought it was my controller that was faulty... So I invested in a covert forces controller. What are the symptoms? My original controller would randomly disconnect from the xbox one to the point that I had to resort to using a micro usb cable
    to play. Then even that stopped working so I ordered a new covert forces controller because I want to use my console and the new 3.5mm port was appealing. I was shocked that the new controller refused to pair with the console!!!! A faulty controller I could
    handle but a faulty console?!?!?!?!?! Sigh the new controller worked only with the micro usb cable(no use for my eneloop rechargeables arG!!!!!!), until yesterday when my new controller also doesnt function AT ALL with my console. Help me microsoft please

    Sync button issue

    Will do. I've also just tried syncing a new controller and still no spinning Ring of Light, so clearly a faulty console.

    Xbox controller dies every 5 minutes

    It sounds like either the controller is faulty or the battery pack is. Perhaps a new controller replacement could fix this:)

    If it works on other controllers and not the new one either your batteries are not compatible to charge or the controller is faulty.

    I would get a new one or try another battery you know works.

    The xbox could have a faulty receiver, but if you have used a normal xbox one controller and it worked probably try to get a new controller on warranty.
