New controller dragging to right

Hi,

I just unboxed xbox one and I find that the menu is going to right most as if I am dragging the controller to right. I am not able to navigate to left of the menu due to this.

How can I fix this?

i own the upgraded d pad models it still happen the only fix it buy another or hopefully its under warranty

weird never had that problem, and it kinda recalibrate it's self so... I guess try afterglow's website and see what they can do from there

As it's not an official controller no one here can help i'm afraid.

yeah like others are saying it's just wear and tear. My controller does the same thing except mine is on the left thumbstick. Mine drags to the left too. It happens after awhile of having it. Where it connects to the controller wears out so it doesn't fit
as tight anymore.
