New controller achievement issue

I purchased a new pick your color controller from Microsoft in December. Since it has arrived I have been unable to unlock achievements. I should have had several unlocked and the games confirm that. I haven't tried much yet. I was hoping there might be
some easy fix to this? Will I get my achievement that I unlocked from the past month?

Ryse Achievements not unlocking

This is a known issue in the achievement community we have quite a few discussions and the 100% locked is what we are experiencing so we have to wait it out as only ms can fix itClick to expand...

Issues with Play and Charge kits

Its probably a controller issue because my friend had the same issue and got a new controller and that fixed it.

Don't really think that a new controller is the reason achievements are not unlocking. Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
the results.

Does it disconnect in games if you use a uSB cable to connect controller to console?

Try usb (play charge) cable and let us know results.
