New Console - Chat Issues

I upgraded from my original Day One Edition Xbox One console to the Halo 5 console this past Tuesday, and ever since I've been having issues with chatting. Literally none of the solutions for this so far have worked, and I'm hoping someone here can help
me out. I can't hear anyone, but everyone else can hear me. In party chat it'll sometimes say "We can't find a mic for these people." or something like that. It says that on and off. I have zero issues playing online, my internet connection is great, and my
NAT has always been open, but when I test my Xbox Live connection it says something about an MTU problem, or something along those lines. This only started when I got my new console.

Any help would be extremely appreciated because I'd really like to talk this coming Tuesday for Halo 5.

Unable to add son to xbox one

I have this exact same issue, spent hours yesterday on chat support, it has now been escalated. I can create new gamertag's on the console but dont really want to lose my sons existing gamertag.

 

Xbox Live Status

funny thing IGN must be getting paid by Msoft to not make an article regarding XBL outages but will surely make one for PSN being down !!!! so they are obviously biased so use gamespot for console related news including outages at least they list both console outages !!!! ive had nothing but issues with party chat since the NXE update random chat DC's , error codes etc. not to mention ive actually gotten DC'd from XBL for 2 mins (something on MS end)

 

I just ran a Detailed Network Statics on my Xbox One, and the MTU says 510? I know that's low, but how do I fix it?

 

i am in NXOE and i am getting that same issue no one can join chat or even play been like this for two days

 

I really hope they can fix this over the weekend. That'll suck if I can't chat for Halo 5. Is there any way to undo the new dashboard update and go back to the old dashboard without having to opt out of the preview program entirely?

 

just go back to the preview dash and opt back to normal and factory reset your console
