new console, cannot download profile

I brought home a new console today. Powered up and went to the menu to download my profile. I entered my login info and a profile I am unfamiliar with was downloaded onto my console. I've been trying for hours. Deleting profiles, changing passwords on
my windows live and xbox accounts on the internet. I've started over 120 times. I have someone elses profile associated with my account. The profile is "". Can anyone help?

XBox Live login trouble

My son is trying to log in to his XBox Live account and keeps getting an error. Cannot connect to this profile on this console. Download this profile again. When he tries to download the profile, it says profiles cannot be downloaded at this time. I
don't know what to do. He has created a new profile to play that works, but he has lost his XBox Live subscription.

 

cant transfer, how to delete the corupted profile?

Switch consoles and can't download profile to this system, its telling me that xbox live cannot download profile at this time error code 80070005.

the fix on the other post isnt working for me since i cant find any profile on my new console to delete. im using my old hard drive btw

 

An error code would have helped.

Please try this:

1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com and Sign In

2. Choose "Security & Privacy" at the top

3. Choose "See recent activity"

4. Find where you tried to download your profile

Note: The platform will be 'Xbox' or 'Unknown'

5. Click "This was me"

6. Download your profile to your Xbox 360

My profile is "bullheadedkid", when I enter my login/password information I can

download a profile, its not mine, but it downloads. I deleted it 10

times. It doesnt matter. This gamertag "" has somehow

become attached to my account, and I cannot download my

'bullheadedkid" profile. I have no background with , I

never saw it before it downloaded to my console last night. Its not

my account. I want my account back.

Sorry to hear about the issue. It sounds like you are possibly using an incorrect email address to sign into your existing Xbox Live account. If you use an email address that does not have an Xbox Live account associated with it, Xbox will automatically
generate and assign a new, random Gamertag to you.

Could you please double check that you are using the correct email that you used when creating your 'bullheadedkid' Xbox Live account? Please check spelling and domain (ie @hotmail.com vs @outlook.com) are both correct. Additionally, there are occasionally
users who use their work or student email accounts for their Xbox Live account. It's worth checking if that may be the case here.
