New console, banned

Hi, I Had buy an new Xbox one, i'd never connect it to the Xbox Live befor, when i want to connect to the Xbox live this erreur occupée, (0x8040019) , I from morroco, I can't Send it back to the support, I ask u to unban my Xbox, I'd Always respect the enforcement

Buying and setting up used XboxOne, will there be issues??

If the previous owner has been banned from certain online games, would this affect the new owner? As I understand such bans are for the whole console, so that the banned person cannot just re-enter the game using another sign in and email.

And so, if such bans were for the whole console, rather than single user, then it would no doubt affect the new owner.

Unfortunately once a console is banned, it cannot be unbanned.

 

Microsoft, now ban consoles whith no reason's ? I'd never connect to the xbox live whit it, u can check, it's not legal, what can I do ? It is because I did connect my xbox with a morrocan Ip ? I know that the enforcement service can unban my Xbox , just
check and you will see that i had do nothing for being banned...

 

If it is a console ban then it's permanent.Console bans are never overturned.

It sounds like something happened during the update when you first connected to live.Does it actually tell you that the console is banned when you try to connect to live?

 

No, it doesn't, I'm sur if the enforcement service take the Time to check m'y case, they will see that It's there mistakes not mine

Did you try to hit the
technical support if you are pretty sure your console is not suspended, furthermore this error code is not listed anywhere.

And a suspension regarding an Xbox One couldn't be checked from the Enforcement site.

 

It's a Xbox one, not 360, i know that my consol is suspended, I just don't know why, and I ask the enforcement service to unban it.

 

If it doesn't say your console is banned when you try to connect to live then how do you know it's banned?

You would get a message telling you it was banned if it was.

If it was then you won't ever get it unbanned.

Follow the link I posted & try the offline diagnostic tool.

Like I said,your country is not a xbox live supported country so that will cause issues as well.

 

THE CONSOLE IS BANNED, i know it because they tell me that in the Xbox one home screen... Now u say that i can't ever get it unbanned, why ? The enforcement service banned me because I'm morrocan ? It's illogique, don't even connect it the Live befor...

Wait, you said you don't get a message saying the console is banned & now you say you are???

Your console would not get banned just because of where you live.

Did you buy the console pre owned?

Try the offline diagnostic tool but if your console is banned then you will not get the ban overturned,console bans are permanent.

In the home screen I see that my consol is banned, when i wan't to connect a xbox live account an error eccur 0x80a40019, I did the offline systeme update, nothing has change, my probleme is, I buyed this Xbox One brend new, I'd never connect it to xbox
live before, when I do the first time the error 0x80a40019 occured, when i wantto check my connexion, they said to me that my xbox consol cannot connect to the xbox live because it's had been Banned, any explication ? please check my consol, you will see

The only ones who handle console bans are the enforcement team and there is no way to contact them regarding console bans.
