new computer, re downloaded minecraft for windows, doesnt start

Based on the description, it appears that you are having an issue on downloading Minecraft to your PC.

I'm glad you took the time to consider this for us so we can help you figure it out for you.

Before anything else, let me ask you the following questions below so that I fully understand the problem.

1. When does the issue started?
   
2. What error code did you receive? Can you send us s screenshot showing the issue.
   
3. How about downloading different game? Does it show the same error?
   

Try the steps below.

Fix 1: Reset the Windows Store Cache

Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

Fix 2 : Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

Select the Start button, and then select Settings>Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.



Fix 3 : Reset Microsoft Store

Refer the steps in this article: Reset Microsoft Store via Settings.

I've tried all the suggestions from Darhyl The Independant Advisor.

It seems Minecraft is struggeling to start due to slow Microsoft Login. Login takes longer than 10 minutes. Also, after login, skins and packs doesnt load.

Makes the game unplayable. I'm using Windows 11 on a brand new gaming computer pre-built, with a 4050 RTX. The computer is not the problem.

- I updated all drivers on my computer

- Verifired my internet connection, which is flawless (500Gbps)

- updated game drivers

- deleted .minecraft appdata

- uninstalled game and reinstalled it

- put xbox app and minecraft on priority in windows - settings - apps

- Deleted temp store buffer data from minecraft

nothing works. Microsoft needs to fix this.

Step 1 : Try to plug it in in other USB ports.

If that doesnt work.

Step 2 : First make sure the drivers you downloaded are the EXACT match of the controller, if so, Uninstall them all, and re-install them.

if that doesnt work.

Step 3 : there is a program called XPADDER or something, it helps to map out controllers on Computers.

If that doesnt work,

Step 4 : go to store and change it for a new one, its probably a faulty controller plug or something internal.

IF! by any chance the new controller doesnt work either, it could be your computer and controller arent compatible with each other. then try to explain at store your problem and get a different controller. good luck!

error, uninstall Minecraft Dungeons and manually re-install it on your computer. When the download and installation processes finish, click "Play." If the game doesn't start, keep
pressing "Try again" until the game starts.
