    I bought a new computer then logged into microsoft jigsaw. It let me log in but my puzzle collection is gone and so is my premium upgrade. WTF ?

    FRUSTRATING

    Just got a new computer and not only does jigsaw freeze up but it shuts the whole computer down and you completely lose the puzzle you have been working on. This used to be out favorite puzzle game but no more....it isn't worth the hassle and frustration.
    Anyone else have issues with it shutting your computer off?

    Lost my jigsaw puzzles plus my points earned

    MY most recent jigsaw puzzles are not on my computer Plus the points that I earned to acquire new puzzles. Please help.

    How to get jigsaw to sync on new computer with Windows 11

    It seems that you are trying to sync your Jigsaw game from your old device to your new computer. Let us help you get to the bottom of this.

    To sync your Jigsaw puzzle history from your old computer with Windows 10 to your new computer with Windows 11, you can follow these steps:

    1. Make sure you are signed in to the same Microsoft account on both computers.

    2. On your old computer, open Jigsaw and click on the three dots in the top right corner.

    3. Select "Settings" and then click on "Sync" in the left-hand menu.

    4. Click on "Sync now" to manually sync your puzzle history to the Microsoft cloud.

    5. On your new computer, open Jigsaw and sign in with the same Microsoft account.

    6. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select "Settings".

    7. Click on "Sync" in the left-hand menu and then click on "Sync now" to download your puzzle history from the Microsoft cloud.



    Your Jigsaw puzzle history should now be synced between your old and new computers. If you continue to experience issues, let us know so we can provide further assistance.

    Can anyone tell me how people can complete 30 puzzles in the microsoft solataire collection in 40 minutes.... when some are the puzzles are four boards to complete?

    If all of the puzzles are completed at once it's possible that it was completed on another computer or installation of Solitaire, or even on a Windows Phone previously. Then, once the user logs into Solitaire on a new machine, it transfers the achievements
    over.
