New Colossus won't play past trial level

Sorry to hear it. I believe the big issue here is that the game is locked in trial mode for your account. You should call phone support to have them remove the trial from your account to free up the full game for you. 1-800-469-9269 in North America

Having the same issue except I'm trying to purchase the game digitally but it won't give me the option to. I only get install trial, then play trial. I've played from a disc version before and I'm past the level cap so the game prompts me every time to purchase
the full version, but again all I get is the option to play trial when I enter the Xbox games store.

in the past most new games came with 14 days or 48 hours of xbox live gold, its called a trial and is just added as a bonus for a new customer to try the service first.

if you have already got the service or have already tried the service then obviously the code won't work for you as its a trial for a new customer.

Doesn't work past main screen, have played and finished before on disc, and I'm trying to go back to round off cheevos. But it freezes on all in game loads. From new game, save game and level select won't play at all

The vast majority of my time is going to be spent playing Battle for Azeroth. On the Xbox front, I will probably sit down and play some more of Wolfenstein New Colossus
