New collection purchase not showing

I purchased the "Iceland collection", it took my "gold" and initially the collection showed but I was done for the day and when I went back into Jigsaw the collection does not show anywhere.

Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle Collections.

I had purchase (with the gold bars) all the jigsaw puzzle collections. Yesterday all my collections have been moved back to available collections to download. I re down load the free ones and it shows the stars that I had completed. It is not showing
the custom puzzles that I had created either. Has this happen to anyone before and what can I do. I do not want to repurchase the puzzles again. Thanks for your help

Hey there Lakku,

To clarify, are you signed into the same profile on Windows 10 that purchased the game on the console? How did you purchase the game originally? Was it on Xbox.com or on the Xbox One console?

this is where my issue started . i purchased the Iceland collection and when wanted to download my jigsaw crashes to desktop.

now i can download any of my collectables and i cant play daily quests

I have the same issue. After this update previously purchased collections do not show as purchased and would have to be repurchased to be redownloaded.

Hey ZonateChalk421! You can purchase new collections in the classic jigsaw, the collections in jigsaw jam are the only ones available in that section. Thanks!

Yes there are purchases. Individual episodes of shows like South Park, Twilight Zone, Is It Real, Monster Quest etc... None show up in my Collection on the One. I went into settings, and over to Remove Accounts. I removed my gamertag, rebooted the One, re-added
my profile and I'm not back able to log onto my Xbox One. When I go to Xbox Video, none of my previously purchased shows appear in my collection.

Correction...the laptop they are playing well on is Winodows 7 and not XP.

Also, if I go under purchase history on windows 8 (in zune) they show up, but do not show up the the collection area.
