    Well that sucks. If your on Xbox One have you tried turning your Xbox completely off (not sleep mode) and restarting it?

    If your on the 360 you could try uninstalling & reinstalling the download.

    Other than that your best bet is probably contacting MS or Frito-Lay. They've been having issues with this promotion since it started.

    Found a fat bag of Cheetos with the sticker on it; mission accomplished. New Cheetos Character DLC :)

    There was a long delay between entering the code in PvZ, and the sticker packs showing up in the store. Maybe 5 minutes? I reckon the game must download all the new game assets first, before making them available to claim.

    At any rate, going to give these new characters a whirl this weekend. Finally got my chat to work properly in this game, too. Good times. New Cheetos Character DLC :D

    Yes, I did all that. Got the code, entered it and it was accepted. Still nothing showing up under the sticker shop.

    Not to sound like a broken record but did you follow each step.

    1. Enter 12 digit code from your Cheetos bag at pvzgardenwarfare.com/cheetos

    2. Select which pack you want

    3. Get a Xbox Live Code

    4. Enter in that Xbox Live Code on your Xbox console

    5. After you see the download finished open up PvZ and it should have "New" next to the Sticker Shop. Go there and it should be 5 packs (2 Dr. Chester, 2 Chester Chomper and 1 extra Pack).

    If after following all of these steps and you still see no New packs to open in the Sticker Shop I would call Microsoft or Frito-Lay to possibly give you another Xbox Live Code.

    Try calling Frito-Lay and see if they give you a code. Your not really missing much anyway. I like Dr. Chester but the Marine Biologist and Chemist are easily 10xs better.

    And Chester Chomper has absolutely nothing going for it gameplay wise. He looks cool but he isn't any improvement over the other Chompers.
