    just bought the new call of duty today and I've started to install modern warfare but it keeps going to 1% and it won't down load the game for some reason I've turned my Xbox off and it restarted again, it could of been downloaded by now

    If this happens only in Calle of duty you may require uninstall the game after that do a factory reset keeping games and apps and install the game again

    Purchased new Call of duty xbox one bundle tooks hours to install game.After it was done installed lords of fallen game disc normally.After that tried to install Forza Horizon 2 and Battlefield 4 and the installation would keep stopping and not installing.

    This did not work. I logged in my account and I tried to install call of duty cold war for Xbox one and its saying its at 0.0% and will not go up. I've tried restarting, hard reset, canceling the install and installing it again but no matter what I do, it doesn't work. Will I have to get a new Xbox?
