Hopping back in here to thank you guys for all your continued patience as we worked through this. We really do appreciate the updates and additional information you guys are posting up, as it helps our teams better understand what you all have been experiencing.

If you haven't already, I would suggest trying out these troubleshooting steps below first to see if we can get the full game to download for you.

Delete Dance Central Spotlight.

Power cycle your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

Try redownloading the game.

When you go to redownload the game, make sure you are signed in with the correct account that redeemed the code originally.

If you're still having an issue after trying these steps above and you haven't already, please be sure to send me a
private message when you have a chance. Also, include the code you originally redeemed that is having the issue. To
private message me, click on the envelope icon labeled "private message" under my post.

Sending me the code and any other information you may have in a PM
helps out the investigation in a big way. Thanks so much!

I have been a great fan of Dance Central for a long while now. And I've been saving up to get an Xbox One just so I can play Dance Central Spotlight. I finally bought it in a bundle, and this happens. I've put this forward to Support since December 2014,
and it is now March 2015. Still even after 4 months of me constantly asking for a replacement code that they have promised me since 2014, I still do not have it. All they keep telling me is that they are 'talking' to someone higher up in order to get my code
replaced. Here is an example from one of the many Support members I have emailed: "I am now in contact with our higher support to get a replacement code of your Dance Central Spotlight game. No Need to worry as this case is being handled by me personally and
once I got the replacement code, I will definitely send you the code right away." <<< This was from an email they replied to me in February 2015. I have since emailed them again, and I'm now waiting for a response. It's just so unfortunate that I have placed
so much faith in the Support team to rectify this, only to be let down constantly for 4 months. I have tried what was suggested on this forum, but it hasn't worked. Please somebody help me.

Contacted Xbox Support again today to follow up on the support request I logged with them two weeks ago as I still had not heard back from the Advocacy team. After going through all the same explanations for the third time again and all the same troubleshooting
steps for the third time again the support rep then tried to tell be that the bundled version of Dance Central Studio was a trial only. Well I shot them down over that pretty quickly then for the third time again referred them to this forum thread for. All
they said was it's escalated and they will contact me when it is fixed and MS are working with the developers on a fix.. It could be 2 to 3 weeks. Personally I don't think the support rep knows anything about it, nor do I suspect MS are working with Harmonix
on this issue as Harmonix mention nothing about it. Loosing more hope day by day on this and suspect MS are just waiting for us to either give up or fork out another $10 odd dollars to buy what we already own. At this stage Miss Diggz on this forum has been
the only one trying to help but I am yet to hear back from here after sending her the redemption code she asked for a few days back. Fingers crossed...
