new bundle with dance central spotlight qr code only gives trial

For me it's happening the same. I had uninstalled and installed again with no effect. I can't play anymore just those 2 songs. Please

I am also experiencing the same issue, we bought and xbox one on the 26th. As advertised it came with a code to download the full game of Dance Central Spotlight. After scanning the QR code and downloading the game it is telling me that it is a trial and
I still need to purchase the full version.

Well, considering that some console bundles only come with one or two games at most I would have to suggest that your free game would be Dance Central Spotlight.

 

Contacted MS Support for the third time in over a week and they still don't have the issue resolved but think they are close to fixing it. I doubt that is the case as this is what they keep telling me. The fact that support can't explain what the problem
is and their Advocacy Team has not contacted me regarding the issue despite promising to leads me to think they don't have a clue about the problem or how to fix it yet. I'm not going to hold my breath for a speedy resolution but I will continue hassling
them ever few days.

 

I had this problem too. Everything new. Bought Kinect with Dance Central from a Microsoft Store in December. Tried installing after Christmas. We had just the 2 songs. I have been chatting and on the phone with Microsoft XBox support for over an hour. For
some reason, the game wasn't showing up in my account, but it showed that we had played it (sort of weird that they could know). We were going down the "transfer this issue to the Advocacy Team" road, when I said "I sort of think this issue would have been
easier if I had just bought the game for $9.99." He put me on hold. I guess he talked to a supervisor and he came back and said that I could purchase the game and they promise to refund my account. He walked me through the purchase. Within minutes, the game
was there, along with the 10 songs and the exercise portion. The box that said "Trial" was gone. I have checked and the amount has already been refunded. The support person I talked to hadn't heard of this issue. I was surprised about that.

I'm seeing some of you posting back saying you're still having troubles with trying to download the full game.

If you haven't already, I would recommend following these steps to see if we can get your sorted!

1. Delete Dance Central Spotlight.
2. Power cycle your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
   
3. Try redownloading the game.

When you go to redownload the game, make sure you are signed in with the correct account that redeemed the code originally. If you're still having an issue after trying these steps, please post back and let us know. Thanks!

I too have tried this and it is still in trial mode. This is not a "verified answer" to the problem.

 

still nothing change. only the price for full version has been raised :/

 

While the wording of the answer changed, the end result is still the same, trial trial trial.
