New Boss, New Start

Now that Microsoft has finally announced there new exec to replace Balmer will it mean better things on the horizon for Xbox and Live or will it spell doom. I think Microsoft needs someone new who may have a good imagination and grasp on reality to make
good,

The new exec is Satya Nadella

can't get new game +

I finished the last boss fight but had to take the difficulty from zealot to normal after 6 hours. I wanted to start he replay with all the upgrades but the new game + was highlighted. I redid the boss fight (on normal again) i am week and don't have
any ammo. It wouldn't highlight I did start a new game and it game me a new suit as the store but that was it.

any ideas?

Starting a playthrough for the DLC

Oh man I think I might have to start a New Game just to beat this DLC.

I started this DLC on my main character who is in NG+5.... when I made it to the final boss all my weapons that I have used on other bosses do (when buffed) 250 ish damage. I can barely scratch the last boss. While the bosses hits can kill me (with 50 vit
and using the RoFaP) in 3 hits.

I saw reports that some members of the Board wanted Mulally of Ford because he had a good track-record of spinning off divisions and they thought MS should that with Xbox. Hopefully with a guy from within the company, and based on some of the things Nadella
has said already (he emphasises MS as "devices and services" company), this will not be happening.
