New black screen of death?

Please help, I have read previous post re this and nothing is working.

My console boots up with the green loading screen and then after an abnormally long loading time, I get a black screen and no display.

I have done solf and hard resets. Nothing is working please help

Please try restore to factory defaults here

Have seen this before this is only way to get it back.

 

Important :- *** You will need to know your wireless network password if required and the login info for each account on the Xbox to complete the following. This will factory reset your Xbox One, you will though keep your games and
apps, game saves will be removed from the Xbox but will sync back from cloud when you first launch a game once everything is up and running ***

Power your Xbox One on and allow it get to that black screen.

1. Eject any disc that is in the drive. and power off your console by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds and then unplug the power cord from the rear of the Xbox to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

2. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

3. Wait for 30 seconds.

4. After that 30 seconds is up plug the power cord back in but do not power the Xbox on yet.

Dependant on which Xbox One system you own the SYNC button will be located either on the left hand side of the xbox about an inch in from the front and at the same level as the disc slot ( original Xbox One) or on the front right on the black section below
and slightly to the left of the Xbox power button ( Xbox One S )

5. Press and hold the SYNC button and the DISC EJECT button and then press the Xbox power button once on the console do not hold the Xbox power button. Continue holding the SYNC and EJECT buttons. Shortly a troubleshooting screen will appear you can then
let go of the buttons.

6. Power your controller on and using the Dpad and A select the reset option and then the option to reset and keep my games & apps.

7. After the reset you will need to connect to your network/add accounts again and your Xbox should then be back in good working order.

Should the troubleshooter not appear at your first attempt then power the Xbox off and try again as it can take two or three tries to get this to work. Generally this will take around ten minutes to complete from start to finish.
