New Bingo Layout

The new Bingo keeps freezing and I am not getting my bags for bingos and powercard numbers.

xbox 1 new home layout

Just Bought A New xbox 1one and it is not the same home layout as the older versons how do I get the older layout I do not like the new layout

 

Xbox One Suggestions (Couldn't post in the right forum please move it)

+For the messaging the new layout could be like the Windows 8 Messaging layout or something simular

 

Before this layout I was able to watch my 6 cards, but now i have to scroll up and down... It only shows 2 and a half... I just can't play :s

 

The new layout is also an issue for me - everything seems to be zoomed in on. I also miss being able to see how many coins, power-ups, etc, I have just by glancing up. I do not like having to click on a dropdown menu!

I workaround I've used is to un-maximize, then resize the window by dragging to the edges of the screen, then maximizing again. I can see 6 cards that way. But - I have to do it every time I log in.

 

I like the new layout, but where did the coins go? They just disappeared! Everything else is at the top but the coins. And it freezes all the time. Then when it does come back I'm like 5 balls behind trying to catch up! Then it skips throughout the entire
game play which also makes me miss plays. This is my favorite game to play, but I can't play if I can't enjoy it because I'm so busy trying to catch up all the time.

 

same here,i almost change mouse thinking it is the problem,but game freeze,also count down freeze and i have much better overwiew before,this is nice but missing a lot

 

I am having the same problems. I will make a bingo and not get any luggage to open. I also miss not being able to track how many keys I have earned by making power bingos. It makes the games much less enjoyable.

 

Me too. New layout is unsutable. Still more, Power ball rewards is not recorded.

 

I have also noticed that my tickets are not being regenerated as they are supposed to. The time will be elapsed and instead of adding more tickets it will just start over.

 

I like the look of the new bingo, but the power card is not registering when I have made a bingo...I just won 5 keys, only showed 1 won..!! and why has the coins you win decreased so so much, it will take forever to win anything or get to the next level...
its frustating, this used to be my favourite game... having a rethink... so frustrating.

 

This is no upgrade. I used to play this every day but I won't be playing this anymore if it's not fixed soon. For me the cards are way too small I could likely fit 9 cards on the screen The redesigned layout is a step back.

 

Is anyone even reading these complaints? It is insanity to play such a frustrating game. I don't like the new layout and the bugs are impossible. This should never have been released. FIX IT
