It's F2P on the PC just like MWO. I might sign up for the beta, looks fun.

 

Fable Legends (Cancelled)

Looks like this isn't coming out this year and instead will go into Open Beta in Spring 2016.

Sounds like they will add 100,000 people into the current Closed Beta (signup in FableLegends.com).

The site is turned off for submitting

 

I tried signing up to this and found that the submission button wasn't working. I questioned ESO Support about this and here is the reply I received on 14 April 2015:

Greetings!

Thank you for taking for the prompt response.

At this time, there is not sign ups for the console beta. We do not have a date for beta testing. When a build is available for a beta test, we'll make an announcement on our official website and social network pages and you will then know how to sign up
for it.
