im kinda annoyed now iv noticed it tells u when ur xbox one friends are online but not ur 360 friends but heck i can live with that

 

I can live with that too. In any case, I just noticed because of the notification pop-ups this evening.

Love it! I actually don't mind it not showing 360 friends Before I came here and found out it didn't I was going through my list and removing those still on 360 (no Xbox One) from my favorites anyway.

 

Still not got the update here in the UK :-( left my xbox in standby for the last hour hoping it'd install.

 

@Cruzin: There are some very close & long-time friends of mine on my friends list that have assured me they will be getting an Xbox One in the (hopefully near) future. For that reason, I won't just discriminate against those friends simply because they don't
have a One by removing them.

Sounds kind of cruel to do if you ask me, especially since there's virtually no limit to your friends list on the Xbox One. It might just be better to favorite everyone that also has an Xbox One - that's what I'd do.

It's for preview build eyes only right now, I'm afraid, but don't worry! It'll be coming to you soon enough.

I like that you can adjust who shows up online with the notifications. For now, mine is set to all - this way, I won't miss out on a single friend! Well, unless you like to hide, which would be mean.

 

Ughhhhh... Well it was fun while it lasted I guess. I was actually happy that there wasn't a friends notification. Nothings more fun than signing on and having 20 guys invite me to a party / game / etc... the minute I
sign on. I love it. <--- That's sarcasm people. Time to re-enter stealth mode I guess.

I think she meant her profile appearing on other people's consoles when she signs in as oppose to the notifications appearing on her console. I can see why this could be an issue if you are very popular or a celebrity. We're on to you... CHUCK NORRIS IN

@GOTH you can appear offline and u stay appering offline even when u go back on ur xbox one
