New Back Compat Games

I was happy to see that there were new releases on 11/15 as I had a few but Cloning Clyde & Switchball are not showing as purchased. If I visit the Xbox store in my Series S I would have to pay $4.99 for each. If I go to the Xbox store on the Internet, I would have to do the same. If I go to the old marketplace (either through Major Nelson's site or through a search on MS.com), it says I own the games. I log into my 360 and I can download from both the 360 store and the Market Place. I tried a trick that was mentioned in another thread by playing and then exiting but no luck. I would post this to MS Support but the site sits and never loads. I saw that Cloning Clyde was free for a short period but I missed it but as I own it, I should already have access. Any ideas?

I GIVE UP!! This is more of a pain than the $9.98 it will take me to just replace them.

Need to have the store history go back further than 10 years if you are going to make older games BC. A search function would be nice as well.

Thank you so much for that and as much as I would love to clarify or validate that however, we here in Microsoft Community do not have access or visibility to your account. It's handled by Microsoft advocates themselves.

That will be the only option. Kindly make sure that the correct Microsoft account is what you're using on your Xbox Series S.

Kindly follow the steps below on your Xbox 360 if possible, compare it:

1. From the Home screen, sign in to your Xbox 360 console using your Xbox gamertag that was previously downloaded to the console.

2. In the upper-right corner, your Microsoft account email address will appear in rotation with your gamertag.

Thank you so much for the detailed information and I also apologize for the trouble. We really need to locate the license for the games to validate the ownership and this is by locating the order for the games on your order history.

Were you able to filter your orders by clicking "All available"?
