New audio and kinect problems. Possible update bug!

I have noticed after the newest update when I power on my Xbox sometimes my kinect and optical audio will not work. If I look on the kinect settings its says its on and it clearly isn't. Also when I go into my audio settings it will not allow me to change
any of my audio settings. When I try to change anything it says something like " this setting can't be changed at this time". The only way to fix it is to do a cold start on my console. And everything works fine until the next few times I power on my console.
Also I also have the issue with my controller staying on and not powering on my console. I would just like to know if anyone else has this issue. I was told I might have to format my console and I'm not doing that.

    :)

Audio bugs in new Xbox 1 April update.

Since this week's new Xbox 1 April 2018 update there are some major audio bugs when using Groove as background music during games. There are loud audio pops/clicking at random intervals. This also affects game recording audio. When
using Groove as background music, audio cuts out for a second at intervals during xbox DVR game recordings.

Heres a link to the recorded video with the audio problems:

    Platform Xbox One X.

Game noticed during: World of Tanks

Definitely not necessary to restore your system to factory defaults - these are all issues I've also had with 1407, and they are definitely being worked on by the engineers. Your descriptions of the issues are spot on! As of right now, a hard restart is
the only way to restore normal function, albeit temporarily.
